Every month we will present 1 player, from any team within the club, a Player of the Month trophy and certificate. This award is open to any player on your team and does not have to be the player of the match (if you hand that out). The next award will be for November Player of the Month.
Nominations are simple, just complete the form below. Reasons for nomination could be that they tried harder in a game, tried a new skill from training, made an amazing save, a last ditch tackle or scored a great free kick. Please add detail to your nomination as it will be printed on the certificate. There are no limits on the amount of nominations.
The committee will go through each nomination and vote on a winner. Nominations must be with us by 18:00 the night before the next committee meeting, date below:
Next committee meeting: Tuesday 2nd December
Committee decision is final. Trophy and certificate will be presented to the winning player at the next training session/match.
