I hope you are all safe & well during these unusual & difficult times.
This year whilst we are in lock down we will be holding our Club AGM online via video link on 27th May 7:30pm.
Our club accounts, constitution & management committee need to be agreed.
This coming season Clint Ricketts will be standing down from the committee & Richard Rees will be stepping away as our club treasurer, we thank them both for their hard work. The committee standing for next season is as listed below, a window of seven days will be open until 11th May if any member wishes to stand for a current committee position.
To do this please apply via email to myself during the seven day window after which the committee can not be opposed, if a club member applies to oppose a current committee member this will be agreed by a members vote at the AGM.
Coaches please inform your players parents or guardians of our AGM & if our members wish to join the AGM we will issue an online invitation.
Please note club members only receive one vote per family.

You may have noticed that the committees will grow to nine/four members, next season we will have 31 teams, 1no open age Swindon & District League, 4no Wiltshire Women & Girls League, 1no Oxford Mail Girls League & 25no North Wiltshire Youth League.
During the season Lisa Smith & Hannah Lush will also become Welfare Officers.
